Consulting, Training, Children's and Academic Services
As you may see from this website, we have been homeschooling a long time and we are happy to share what we have learnt, with you.
Our consultations are there to help you and your family, so we personalize our responses to your needs.
As homeschooling is as diverse as every child, we may not have the answers to every question you ask (e.g. country specific legal regulations or special needs advice). In such cases we will let you know. If we are able to refer you on to someone else who may be able to help you, we will.
If the services you are requesting exceed the amount of time or fees we have allocated for your session, we will also let you know.
Please know that the information we provide during our sessions is shared with sincerity. Our consultations are based upon honesty and trust. They are confidential. By making a payment for services, you are stating that you agree to not divulge any detailed information shared during the consultations with others. We will endeavour to give you the best information we can, which addresses your concerns, based upon the information you have given us.

Method of Notice
Please note that as Tawakkul Education, we respectfully require that any Cancellations and/or Reschedule requests are received in writing by email. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive your written request by emailing us at Teducational.firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply with written acknowledgement.
Cancellations of Consultation and Private Tuition Booked Appointments
If cancellations are requested at least 24 hours prior to the consultation appointment, the consulting/ tuition fee will be refunded (less admin fees).
If cancellations are requested less than 24 hours prior to the consultation/ tuition appointment , 50% of the set fee will be refunded.
Failure to appear for the consultation/ tuition, will result in forfeiture of the full fee.
Cancellations of Homeschool Consultation Package Plans
Tawakkul Education is able to issue refunds for any consultations yet to be conducted, less admin fees, provided at least 48 hours notice is given prior to the appointment. If cancellations are requested less than 24 hours prior to the relevant consultation appointment , 50% of that consulting fee will be refunded. Failure to appear for any of consultations, will result in forfeiture of that specific consultation fee. There are no refunds for any services already delivered.
Cancellations of Homeschool Tuition Package Plans
Please email us as soon as possible if you are a new customer and wish to cancel your monthly package within the first week of attendance: refunds are only available for lessons not yet taught. For families who have been studying our courses for some time , an email must be sent one month in advance indicating your intention to withdraw. A Cancellation of Package Fee will be charged. There are no refunds for non-attendance or late attendance of lessons. It is not possible to carry forward any sessions that are missed.
Understanding the nature of homeschooling and the possible need to reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request that you initially book an appointment that you are most likely to be able to keep. Please think carefully about your commitments and your children's commitments before booking a specific time/day. With this understanding, rescheduling is allowed on a one time only basis for single appointments, and on a two-time only basis for package plans.
Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If possible, the consultation will be rescheduled to another available time slot, preferably within one to two weeks of the originally scheduled appointment. The rescheduled consultation meeting must take place within three months of the original booking date. If the online consultation meeting has not taken place during this time, we will consider the consultation cancelled by the client and all fees will be forfeited.
If you encounter IT issues which may delay the start of the online consultation by 15 minutes or more, we may proceed and complete the consultation if time permits. If not, we will work with you to reschedule the consultation to the next available time slot. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will be the same day.
Bookings and payments made through this website and otherwise, imply that you agree to all the terms and conditions stated.
Refunds are processed by email only. If a refund is due, please email us at email@example.com stating all the details for the request of your refund. You must include your complete bank account details for the refund to be processed. An admin fee of $15 will be charged. The deadline for refunds is 4 weeks from the initial email request. Please note that refunds can not be processed beyond the 4 week deadline if there is incomplete or inaccurate information for the family requesting it.
Tawakkul Education reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation meeting, private and/or group tuition at any time. All cancelled sessions will be rescheduled based upon availability.
Tawakkul Education is not responsible for any expenses you may incur as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.
Tawakkul Education reserves the right to amend, add to or withdraw, any part of this website at any time.

Our company is currently hosted on platform. We are provided with an online platform which allows us to market our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through the platform's data storage, databases and the general applications. Data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by this platform and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
